Fascia-Led Acupuncture
Where the psyche meets the soma
I work with the fascial system as an interface between psychological and physical experience. Through slow, manual listening, the body reveals where emotional and physical material are held together contributing to pain, imbalance and dysfunction.
Treatment emerges from that listening rather than from predetermined points or protocols, allowing deeper layers to release and for the body to reorganize organically at its own pace. Sinew-style needling and intuitive myofascial release create conditions for relief, insight and structural renewal.
This work unfolds slowly and cannot be rushed.

Acupuncture + Cupping
Acupuncture stimulates the body's natural pain-relieving mechanisms by inserting fine needles at specific points, prompting a release of endorphins and improving blood flow. This process not only provides immediate relief by calming the nerous system but also helps reduce underlying inflammation. By addressing the root cause of your discomfort, acupuncture encourages the body to heal itself, leading to significant and lasting pain reduction.
Cupping uses suction to lift soft tissue, which dramatically increases circulation to relieve muscle tension and break up stubborn knots. This enhanced blood flow brings fresh oxygen and nutrients to the area while flushing out inflammatory toxins. The result is a rapid release of tightness and pain, with continued improvement as your body's natural healing processes are accelerated.

Fascia-Led Acupuncture
This work follows a deliberate sequence.
The body — particularly the fascial system — requires time, continuity, and relational safety before deeper or shorter-form work is appropriate.
For this reason, all clients begin with the same foundational pathway.
The Foundational Fascia Series (Required for New Clients)
$470 total (when paid for in advance)
This required series includes:
One 120-minute Initial Fascia-Led Session ($280)
One 90-minute Integration Session ($210)
The Foundational Series establishes a shared baseline and ensures that ongoing work proceeds safely, coherently, and in alignment with how the fascial system opens over time. The Foundational Series or a Full-Day Retreat are recommended annually.
Step One: Initial Fascia-Led Session (Required)
120 minutes — $280
All new clients begin with a two-hour session.
This extended session allows adequate time for the fascia to reveal patterns and for the nervous system to settle into the work. Manual listening and fascia-led release precede any needling, which is introduced only if and when the tissue indicates it.
Shorter sessions are not clinically appropriate before this baseline is established.
Step Two: Integration Session (Required)
90 minutes — $210
A 90-minute follow-up session is required after the initial treatment.
This session supports integration, continuity, and stabilization of changes initiated during the first session. It allows the body to reorganize without rushing or fragmentation and helps establish a shared clinical rhythm.
Only after this session may clients transition into shorter or ongoing care.
Ongoing Care (Established Clients)
Once the Foundational Fascia Series is complete, established clients may book the following:
SHORT FORM WORK
60-Minute Session — Maintenance or Focused Work - $150
For ongoing monthly care - localized work, support between deeper sessions.
90-Minute Session — Continued Depth Work - $210
Recommended every 6 months - complex patterns, periods of increased transition.
LONG FORM WORK
Application and scheduling for Retreat become available as soon as the Foundational Series is complete. Foundational Series Repeat becomes available 12-months from your original Series completion date. It is recommended to do one or the other of these annually.
