CEREMONIAL RETREAT

  • This is a full-day session which mirrors the labors of the birth process in order to deeply honor your own life-death-rebirth journey. Alchemical Shiatsu is the primary modality we will use during this process. Storytelling medicine, somatic calibration, transformational breathwork, qi gong, singing and dance are also often incorporated.

    These retreats take place on Saturdays only so that you can travel to Asheville no later than Friday to get settled at the cabin, and have a proper night’s sleep after the retreat before traveling home on Sunday.

100 DAY EXTRAORDINARY JOURNEY

  • This is a 100-day deep-dive into healing your constitutional essence in order to reconnect to your soul’s blueprint. This intensive process can address: intergenerational, inherited and developmental traumas that manifest as hinderances to living your most genuine and vibrant life.

    While primarily self-guided (essential oil application, meditation, qi gong, assigned readings and journaling), this expedition is closely supported by Gina via unlimited correspondence via text and MarcoPolo.
