This is a full-day session which mirrors the labors of the birth process in order to deeply honor your own life-death-rebirth journey. Alchemical Shiatsu is the primary modality we will use during this process. Storytelling medicine, somatic calibration, transformational breathwork, qi gong, singing and dance are also often incorporated.
